"I am an eighty-three-year-old woman. My many years have been quite hard on my body. Angelica’s holistic treatments were just what the doctor didn’t order, since she has succeeded where Western medicine failed, or in some cases, caused additional problems. “I started meditating with Angelica in August 2021. I wanted to lose weight and thought I would give meditation a try since I previously had success with weight loss through hypnosis. After a month of daily meditations at home, along with weekly meditations with our meditation group led by Angelica, my mind became so much clearer, thinking positive thoughts and having feelings of peace and optimism I hadn’t had in decades.
